CAD Design
Our in house CAD Department can design the exact packaging for your specific needs, provide you with a sample for approval and generate the layout for the cutting die to manufacture the product. We can design anything from a simple tuck box to a more complex box with partitions to protect your product. |

Sheeting
Our in house sheeting operation allows Imperial Packaging Corp. to convert roll stock into the proper sheet length for your job. We generally have over 100 rolls of board stock to be sheeted on our floor, giving us the ability to meet rush delivery requests that often occur. |

Printing
Imperial Packaging prints on two Man Roland 800 56" Offset Presses. Our large format print capabilities position Imperial to compete and excel against the many (40") smaller format printers in the marketplace. These presses run both Conventional Inks and Hybrid UV Inks and the Spectral Drying System with extended delivery allows for both Aqueous and UV Gloss coating options. The presses are multi station, 5 Color and 6 Color plus Coater. |

Die Cutting
Imperial Packaging Corp. offers high speed die cutting technology in a large format. Our Bobst SP130 and Bobst SP126 Die cutters are equipped with internal stripping. The large format die cutters fit well with our 56" Man Roland 800 Printing Presses. In addition to cutting and creasing, our operators are experienced in embossing and debossing as an added service to our customers. |

Windowing
Imperial Packaging can create packaging with transparent windows that allow your product to be viewed without sacrificing product protection. With two Staude Gladiator Window Machines, our machines are an excellent complement to our gluing equipment. |

Gluing
Our Gluing Department with experienced operators can fold and glue even the most intricate of designs. Our folder gluers are equipped with electronic glue systems to insure that the correct amount of glue is consistently applied, hot melt glue applications for substrates that traditional cold glue fails, as well as UPC verifiers to guard against mixing of blanks. Our Bobst 110 Matic Folder Gluer can glue 4 Corner and 6 Corner boxes in a straight line, increasing our throughput considerably over the competition. Our International Speed King Gluer can not only glue straight line work, but is equipped with automatic bottom attachments as well. |
